Yes, anyone who agrees with our Association’s activities can join us.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

  1. Receiving the Association’s newsletter “Twelve Stars” (sent two times a year)
  2. Invitations to seminars, lectures, and social gathering that the Fukuoka EU Association sponsors or co-sponsors.
  3. Invitations to the EU mission, which visits EU member states every two years

What activities does the Fukuoka EU Association conduct?

The Fukuoka EU Association conducts a variety of activities. These include the publication of newsletters, holding economic/cultural seminars and lectures, events conducted in collaboration with friendship societies of EU member states in Fukuoka, and delegating EU missions, which visit the EU headquarters and member states every two years.

We are planning to hold an international exchange event related to an EU member state.
Would the Fukuoka EU Association be able to help us in some way?

The Fukuoka EU Association offers its cooperation with international exchange events through nominal support and co-sponsorship. Since events we can cooperate with differ depending on the event, please contact us for more information.

What are the operating hours of the Fukuoka EU Association?

Planning and Exchange section, where the Fukuoka EU Association office is located, operates from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM from Monday to Friday. There may be days where the person in charge won’t be in the office. Please confirm with the Association in advance before visiting the Fukuoka EU Association.
