The Fukuoka EU Association will abide by laws and regulations as well as The Fukuoka EU Association policy in relation to personal information, and will ensure that all staff who are assigned to handling personal information are thoroughly familiar with these regulations and policies.

ⅰ）The Fukuoka EU Association will obtain personal information in a fair and legal manner.

ⅱ）The use of personal infomation will be limited to activities within the scope of the stated objectives, and only when deemed nesecessary.

(2) When complying with legal regulations.
